Abstract: Ancient poetry is an important part of Chinese in senior high school, and it is also a difficult point for students to learn. Through the study of ancient poetry, students can not only strengthen their knowledge of traditional culture, but also understand the emotions expressed by poets through ancient poetry, so as to cultivate their sentiments. However, from the current teaching situation, the teaching methods of some ancient poems have not reached the standard of the new curriculum reform, which leads to the unsatisfactory teaching situation. Ancient poetry is the treasure of Chinese traditional culture and an indispensable part of Chinese teaching. In recent years, with the deepening of educational reform, the teaching methods of ancient poetry in senior high schools have also changed. In view of this, teachers need to start from the actual situation of students, and introduce unit-wide teaching strategies to create relevant artistic conception for students and reduce their learning pressure.


First, the problem of holistic teaching of ancient Chinese poetry units in senior high schools.


(1) neglect of interest cultivation

Influenced by exam-oriented education, many Chinese teachers in senior high schools require students to read aloud and recite ancient poems. In addition, the study time of senior high school students is limited. In many cases, an ancient poem needs to be divided into two classes to complete. Teachers ask students to read aloud first, then recite, introduce the author, analyze in detail, and so on. Although this teaching process can let students know more knowledge, students are passive learners in the whole classroom, and copy and paste according to teachers' ideas. This kind of learning style will make students feel dull, unable to understand the meaning of ancient poetry, and will also reduce students' learning enthusiasm.

(2) Ignore the artistic concept

Ancient poetry is rich in cultural heritage, and the truth contained in it is difficult for students to understand. Therefore, the learning process needs teachers' guidance and learning step by step to deepen students' experience of ancient poetry. However, most of teachers' explanations of this content are based on textbooks, but not on the actual situation of students. At the same time, the teacher tells the superficial things for the students, but does not let the students feel the artistic conception contained in ancient poetry, which will lead to the whole classroom losing its vitality and vitality.


Second, the holistic teaching strategy research of ancient Chinese poetry unit in senior high school


(1) Unit Holistic Teaching-Author

In the high school stage, whether it is learning ancient poetry or reading articles normally, teachers' teaching methods should first make a comprehensive analysis from the background of the times in which the author lives, and tell the author's situation at that time and the origin of his creation, so that students can better understand it. Especially for ancient poetry, the personality characteristics of some poets can be reflected in ancient poetry. Therefore, teachers can start from the author first when launching the whole teaching of ancient poetry units. Looking at Chinese textbooks in senior high schools, we can see many classic ancient poems. According to the poets, we can see that Du Fu is the most famous poet in the Tang Dynasty. Followed by Li Bai, who is named Li Du, followed by Bai Juyi and Li Qingzhao. When teaching, teachers need to walk into the works of poets according to the brief introduction of poets in textbooks and the expansion of other materials, so that they can understand what they have learned.

For example, the teacher introduces "Li Bai" to students. Because the imperial examination system was implemented in the Tang Dynasty, it officially changed the saying that nobles were officials, giving more civilians a chance. Because the Tang Dynasty was the beginning of the imperial examination system, it became the most prosperous era in the whole history of poetry, with Li Bai and Du Fu as the representative figures. Li Bai, who is told today, can choose representative works in senior high school textbooks for analysis when organizing the whole teaching activities, so as to guide students to know why Li Bai is called a Poet Fairy. Infiltrate the patriotic feelings and romantic poets at that time. To show that Li Bai is the proud son of the times, free and easy, and free and persistent, of course, it is also necessary to show students the disappointment when disappointed, the pain when anxious, and even loneliness ... The poems selected in high school can be tianmu Mountain Ascended in a Dream, it is hard to go, Jiang Jin Jiu, and Five Poems by Yue Nv ... Through these articles, students can feel the real background and spirit of what Li Bai wrote at that time.

(2) Unit Holistic Teaching-Theme

The appearance of ancient poetry is not completely groundless. Especially for high school textbooks, they will be divided according to certain logic, so that students can learn different knowledge. In the current high school Chinese classroom, we can see that the history and deeds of characters involved in ancient poetry are all reflected. Some poets satirize the current events with the help of ancient techniques, while others express their personal thoughts and feelings with the help of ancient poems ... In a word, when carrying out the training module of ancient poems, we should find the corresponding standards to sort them out, so as to show students a different stage.

For example, the unit teaching in senior high school will involve the prose of ancient landscape travel notes. Teachers can tell students such essays as Preface to Lanting Collection, Red Wall Fu, Journey to Baochan Mountain and so on. Our teaching should start with these three works to create a landscape unit for students. First of all, let students read these poems over and over again to master the general idea of prose; Secondly, let the students form a group to explore the characters involved in these three ancient poems. What about the poet's life? Through these poems, we can see what kind of thoughts and feelings the author wants to express. Through this mode of inquiry, students can summarize the appreciation methods of landscape prose, not only knowing the meanings expressed by ancient poems, but also the feelings expressed by poets. Only by comprehensive narration can students understand these ancient poems.

(3) Unit Holistic Teaching-Appreciation

Appreciation is an important part of students' learning, and teachers should not neglect it. Especially in high schools, although students are faced with great learning pressure and time pressure, these factors cannot be an excuse to ignore students' appreciation.

For example, Wang Wei wrote the poem "Make it to the Stuff". When students recite, they will feel a magnificent scene in the desert, and they will also lament the scene like the long river falling into the yen. Then, when students appreciate it, they will say that such poems can make them have heroic ideas. But is the appreciation of poetry purely oral? Not really. Let students use other methods to appreciate, the most effective way is called the art of practicing Chinese characters, that is, presenting ancient poems in the form of practicing Chinese characters. This is a classic appreciation method for students in learning ancient poems, which not only allows them to get real feelings, but also enables them to understand key words and phrases during practice, so as to understand the meaning of poems.

For example, the teacher is telling the students about Zoology. There is such a saying called "the orioles have a good sound overnight", which shows the poet's yearning for the prime minister. This "emptiness" in it doesn't simply mean that everything in the world is empty, nor does it mean that Huang Li has a good voice, and people will be particularly attached to it after listening to it ... What I want to say is the feeling of depression after the death of the Prime Minister. Therefore, students' ability can reach a different height through appreciation when they practice.

To sum up, it is not only a waste of time, but also a waste of energy for teachers to narrate ancient poems individually under the traditional concept. In addition, the requirements for students to learn traditional culture are getting higher and higher. Therefore, under the background of the new curriculum reform standards, teachers need to adjust the teaching scheme of ancient poetry in senior high schools, change the disadvantages of the traditional mode, integrate a complete teaching strategy, and try to let students know the content of ancient prose and improve their appreciation ability under the guidance of teachers.
