Methods: Approved by the medical ethics Committee of our hospital, 70 cases of pediatric hernia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were included in the study. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method. The control group received routine postoperative pain nursing intervention. The observation group was given humanized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing, and recorded the length of stay in the two groups of children, the time of getting out of bed and the occurrence of complications, and evaluated the pain degree of the two groups of children. Results：The activity time (2.24±0.90)d, hospital stay (5. 21±1.74)d and pain score (1. 04±0.23)points in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (5. 54±0.92)d, (8. 79±1.38)d, (1.93±0.45)points, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.86% (1/35)lower than 20.00% (7/35)in the control group (P<0.05). The parental nursing satisfaction of the observation group (97. 14%, 34/35)was significantly higher than that of the control group (77. 14%, 27/35) (P<0.05).
