Based on the perspective of aesthetic education, this paper summarizes and sorts out the researches on the meaning, flow regulation and influencing factors of appearance anxiety, which has guiding significance for guiding adolescents to avoid the influence of appearance anxiety, forming correct self-perception and aesthetic value judgment, and purifying bad social atmos-phere.
