Author Biography

  Li Xiong, male, Han nationality, born in April 1981, started to work in December 2000, graduated from Beijing Jiaotong University, major in road transportation, university degree; In July 2006, he joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) as a graduate student and senior engineer in the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. Now he is working in the Road Maintenance Service Center of Ordos City, engaged in the construction, construction and maintenance management of highway and bridge engineering. Participated in a number of provincial and ministerial level and league municipal scientific research projects, published several valuable research articles, has rich experience in highway construction and maintenance management. 李雄，男，汉族，1981年4月出生，2000年12月参加工作，毕业于北京交通大学道路运输专业，大学学历； 2006年7月加入中国共产党，中央党校在职研究生，高级工程师，现任职于鄂尔多斯市道路养护服务中心，从事公路与桥梁工程建设及施工、养护管理工作。参与多项省部级及盟市级科研项目，发表数篇具有研究价值的文章，具有丰富的公路建设和养护管理经验。

Book Description

  With the worsening of global climate, earthquakes, tsunamis, strong winds, floods, ice and snow weather, geological disasters and other natural disasters occur frequently, highway engineering aging and rapid development of some engineering diseases have emerged, the safety of bridge engineering has undergone a great test, bridge damage detection, evaluation and reinforcement has become an important work. In the past decades, domestic scholars have carried out in-depth scientific research and engineering practice on bridge inspection and reinforcement, and achieved fruitful results. The author of this book has been engaged in highway construction and maintenance management for more than ten years, and has obtained certain achievements and experience in bridge reinforcement. This book is based on a large number of literature reading, summary, combined with the author's scientific research and work experience. In view of the author's limited theoretical level and practical experience, the book inevitably has some improper, hope to get experts and readers criticism, correction. 随着全球气候日益恶化，地震、海啸、强风、洪水与冰雪天气、地质灾害等各种自然灾害频繁出现，公路工程老龄化及快速发展中出现的一些工程病害陆续呈现，桥梁工程的安全性经受着巨大考验，桥梁损坏后的检测、评估与加固成为重要工作。在过去的几十年内，国内学者围绕桥梁检测、加固进行了深入的科学研究与工程实践，并取得了丰硕的成果。本书的作者近十几年来一直从事公路建设及养护管理工作，在桥梁加固方面获得了一定的成果与经验。本书是在大量文献阅读、总结的基础上，结合作者科学研究与工作经验撰写而成。鉴于作者理论水平与实践经验有限，书中难免有不当之处，望得到专家与读者的批评、指正。
