Author Biography

   Luo Xianhua, male, graduated from the School of Marxism of Tsinghua University with a doctor's degree in law in 2009, mainly engaged in research on Marxist theory, National Policy and Democratic Socialism Ideology. He has successively compiled 7 books, including The Latest Computer Novice English Chinese Quick Translation, Tsinghua Famous Teachers Forum, Democratic Socialism and Historical Materialism, Private Equity Fund Operation and Bank Development, and Preliminary Study on Ethnic Policies with Chinese Characteristics, and published more than 50 academic papers. Currently, he is an associate professor at Baise University, a visiting professor at Baotou Normal University, an expert at Guangxi's characteristic new think tank, a member of the Guangxi District Committee of the China Agriculture and Industry Democratic Party, and a member of the Baise Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Led 9 scientific research projects, including 1 general national social science project and 3 provincial and ministerial level projects; Participated in 5 scientific research projects. 罗显华，男，2009年清华大学马克思主义学院法学博士毕业，主要从事马克思主义理论、民族政策及民主社会主义意识形态等研究。先后编著《最新电脑生手英汉快译通》、《清华名师讲坛》、《民主社会主义与唯物史观》、《私募股权投资基金的运作与银行发展》《中国特色民族政策初探》等书7部，发表学术论文50余篇。现为百色学院副教授、包头师范学院客座教授、广西特色新型智库专家、中国农工民主党广西区委参政议政专家组成员、百色市政协委员。主持科研项目9项，其中主持国家社科一般项目1项、主持省部级项目3项；参与科研5项。

   The vast majority of countries in the world today are multi-ethnic countries, and how to handle and coordinate the relationship between the state and ethnic groups, especially between the main ethnic groups and ethnic minorities, has become a practical problem that many countries need to solve and is a headache. China is a vast and multi-ethnic country, with various ethnic groups continuously integrating for thousands of years, gradually forming today's diverse and integrated situation. Especially after the establishment of the People's Republic of China, we sincerely marvel at the remarkable achievements made in the work of ethnic minorities with distinctive characteristics in China, as ethnic minorities have undergone significant changes in terms of economy, culture, and politics. After entering the 21st century and with the increasing trend of globalization, China is inevitably influenced by the wave of global nationalism, especially the ethnic issues and cross-border ethnic issues that have occurred in some neighboring countries. These new backgrounds require the addition of new content in China's ethnic work. Therefore, only under the guidance of Marxist ethnic theory and in combination with the specific reality of China's ethnic work, can China conduct research and exploration on ethnic policies in a pragmatic manner, in order to better promote ethnic exchanges, exchanges, and integration, as well as the harmonious unity of the country. In short, studying the successful experiences and lessons learned from the failure of ethnic policies in typical countries around the world, as well as studying China's distinctive ethnic policies, has significant theoretical value and practical significance in promoting the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and achieving national stability, harmony, and unity. 当今世界的绝大多数国家都是多民族国家，怎样处理、协调国家与民族特别是主体民族与少数民族的关系，成了很多国家需要解决的、令人头疼的实际问题。中国是一个地域辽阔的多民族国家，几千年来各民族不断融合，逐渐形成了今天多元一体的局面。特别是新中国成立后，我们由衷惊叹我国特色民族工作取得的举世瞩目成就，少数民族在经济、文化、政治方面都有了显著变化。进入21世纪以后，在全球化趋势不断增强的今天，中国免不了受到世界性民族主义浪潮的影响，尤其是受到一些周边国家发生的民族问题以及跨境民族问题的影响。这些新的背景要求我国的民族工作需要增加一些新的内容，因此我国只有在马克思主义民族理论的指导下，结合中国民族工作的具体实际，实事求是地对民族政策进行研究和探索，才能更好地促进民族交往交流交融与国家的和谐统一。总之，研究世界典型国家民族政策的成功经验与失败教训，研究我国特色民族政策，对于助推新时代中国特色社会主义建设，对于实现国家的稳定、和谐、统一，有着十分重大的理论价值与现实意义。
