About Editor-in-Chief

   Chen Baiqing, a native of Shawan, Leshan, Sichuan, received court training at a young age, read and write, and started teaching at a young age. Although he is over eighty years old, he still writes diligently. He was invited to proofread two classic books, "Summary of the Selection of Celestial Stars" and "Iron Case of Geography", and has published works in various genres such as poetry, prose, novels, dramas, and historical records in central provinces and cities, totaling about 5 million words, Compiled and published eleven books, including "The Book of Changes Milun Jian", "The Biography of Confucius Poems", "April Fool's Day Tragedy Comedy", and "Miscellaneous Zu in the Well", with a focus on creating more than ten works, including the Sichuan opera "Madame Bigfoot", seven dialect satirical comedies "Democracy Was pecked by Parrots", twenty episode TV series "The Red Lance Team", and the movie "Panda Love Corridor". He also served as the editor in chief of the Three Chronicles and Sichuan's "Ba Shu Yi Xue". He is the initiator of the China Predictive Society and a member of the Hong Kong International Yi Learning Joint Center. He is currently a consultant, vice president, secretary general, and director of various organizations such as the Sichuan Yi Society, the People's Society, the Calligraphy Society, and the Film Association. 陈柏青，四川乐山沙湾人氏，幼受庭训，读书写字，及年从师,研经习易，虽已年过八旬，依然笔耕不缀，曾应邀点校《天星选择撮要》、《地理铁案》两部典籍，先后在中央省市公开发表诗词散文，小说戏剧，论文史志等体裁的作品，约500万言,结集出版《周易弥纶鉴》《孔子诗传》《愚人节的悲喜剧》《井中杂俎》等十一部书，重点创作大幕川戏《大脚夫人》，七场方言讽刺喜剧《民主被鹦哥儿啄了那点》，二十集电视连续剧《特科红枪队》、电影《熊猫爱情走廊》等十余部。还曾出任三部志书和四川《巴蜀易学》主编。是中国预测学会的发起人，香港国际易学联合中心理事，现为四川省易学会、民学会、书学会、电影协会等群团组织的顾问、副会长、秘书长、理事等。

Book Description

   The Book of Changes is a comprehensive cultural publication published by the Chongzhou Yixue Research Association, mainly focusing on the study of the original canon of the Book of Changes and integrating studies of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism. The aim is to inherit the essence of "Yi learning in Shu", promote the development of Yi learning research, and promote traditional Chinese culture. The journal includes 12 columns, including the Tai Chi Forum, Ba Shu Discussion on Yi, Mi Lun Summit, Mathematical Contest, Yi Hai Picking up Shells, Introduction to Yi Learning, Shu Zhou Yi Shi, and Yi You Salon. The conference journal is based in Chongzhou, Sichuan, with a focus on the nine provinces of China, striving to go global. 《蜀易》是崇州市易学研究会的会刊，也是一份以《周易》元典研究为主,兼融儒、释、道研究，公开出版的综合性文化刊物。旨在传承“易学在蜀”精蕴，推动易学研究发展，弘扬中华传统文化。会刊内设：太极论坛、巴蜀论易、弥纶峰会、数术争鸣、易海拾贝、易学入门、蜀州易事、易友沙龙等12个栏目。会刊立足四川崇州，放眼华夏九州，力争走向世界。
