The employment of college students has become a common concern of the society. Returning to the hometown for employment can alleviate the regional employment pressure to a certain extent. Based on the "push-pull" theory, this paper constructs the "four forces" model and finds that the return of rural college students to their hometown for employment is the result of the combined action of push, pull, resistance, and pressure.
