Research on the Cultivation of Students' Professional Quality by Ideological and Political Course in Secondary Vocational Schools under the Spirit of Craftsman

Abstract:The realization of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges not only enables students to master the latest technical requirements and work contents of enterprises, but also enables teachers to participate in the production of enterprises, providing technical support for enterprises, and also embodies the social function of colleges and universities to serve the society. Among them, the school-enterprise cooperation technology research and development center is one of the ways. Through the establishment of technology research and development center, the scientific research strength of colleges and universities can be integrated into enterprise technology research and development. At the same time, the teachers of higher vocational colleges can also understand the changing needs of enterprises and the needs of technological frontiers while participating in research.

In secondary vocational education, ideological and political education is the key content. In the process of in-depth development of modern quality education, the social requirements for ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools are increasing. At present, there are still some shortcomings in ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools. Teachers need to combine students' personality characteristics, scientifically choose effective teaching methods, introduce ideological and political ideas, and fully enhance students' ideological level.

First, the necessity of cultivating students' professional quality in ideological and political courses in secondary vocational schools under the concept of craftsman spirit

(1) the implementation of innovation-driven strategic moral initiatives.

At present, under the direction of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", China pays more attention to the initiatives of innovation-driven development, among which the craftsman spirit belongs to a creative spirit and innovative spirit that transcends the times. Only the talents with craftsman spirit and professionalism can fully interpret novel ideas, control innovation strategies and pursue the development of the times in the process of manufacturing products, which is more conducive to producing better quality products. Therefore, under the concept of craftsman spirit, it is very necessary to cultivate vocational students' professional quality in the ideological and political course of secondary vocational schools. With the help of vocational ideological and political education, we can contribute to the development of innovative society and implement innovation-driven strategic moral measures.

(2) to promote the quality of secondary vocational schools.

The educational task of secondary vocational schools is to cultivate high-quality workers and technical and technical talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, body, beauty and labor. Modern secondary vocational education, like general high school education, has the same important position in the national education system. The state attaches great importance to secondary vocational schools, and secondary vocational schools have also ushered in a new opportunity of transformation and development. So how can we seize such a development opportunity of favorable conditions and favorable conditions? This requires secondary vocational schools to base themselves on the present teaching situation, reverse the weakness of ideological and political education to the right track of education in the new period, implement the party's vocational education policies and guidelines, focus on cultivating students' political identity, professional spirit, awareness of the rule of law, sound personality and social participation core literacy, arm students' thoughts and mental outlook, and enhance their adaptability to posts, occupations and society. Craftsman spirit, as the representative of modern advanced professional spirit, should be integrated into ideological and political education, promote the perfection of ideological and political education content system, and then improve the educational quality and school-running quality of secondary vocational schools.

Second, under the concept of craftsman spirit, the strategy of cultivating students' professional quality in ideological and political courses in secondary vocational schools

(1) to improve the diversity of teaching methods

In the new era, in order to realize the innovation of ideological and political education, secondary vocational schools should effectively optimize the teaching system, form, atmosphere, environment and other aspects, and strengthen the degree of attention. First, we should arrange ideological and political courses reasonably, and increase the proportion of ideological and political education based on teaching, planning and planning, combined with different majors, grades and classes. Second, provide good training opportunities for staff, and encourage them to actively learn ideological and political teaching knowledge. In addition, encourage them to speak actively, express their confusion and share their experiences during the learning process. Teachers can also let students watch series of short films of artisans and hold debates, so that secondary vocational school students can have a deeper understanding of artisans' spirit and professionalism, and add more vitality to the ideological and political classroom. Teachers should pay attention to integrating modern educational means into ideological and political courses, change the previous educational mode of blackboard and chalk, advance with the times, follow the pace of the development of the times, broadcast some professional quality and craftsman spirit content with the help of audio-visual materials and PPT, and incorporate some vivid professional cases into ideological and political courses.

(3) Adopting the mode of "ideological and political education in internet plus"

In the new era, the Internet technology has developed rapidly, and students can acquire knowledge not only through teachers, but also through the Internet platform. In some fields of knowledge, teachers can't accurately predict students' ideological activity. Therefore, based on the "internet plus" education model, the school needs to have a correct understanding of students' dominant position and affirm it. The school should create an equal, harmonious and democratic atmosphere for students, create opportunities for free discussion and communication, give full play to students' management efficiency, and effectively mobilize students' initiative in ideological and political study. At the same time, we should pay full attention to students' online posting and message content, understand students' growth needs and reasonable demands, and guide students out of difficulties. In order to improve students' confidence and acceptance, we should solve the problems that students encounter. In addition, we should look for benchmarks among students so that students can learn from each other. Extensive innovation in teaching methods, combining with students' internal needs, establishing students as the main body, creating an atmosphere of active communication and learning, and replacing one-way knowledge transmission through students' self-study to make them politically competent and advanced in thinking.

(4) Make full use of school-enterprise cooperation to show the craftsman spirit.

The integration of artisans' spirit is inseparable from the organization of practical activities. Teachers of ideological and political courses in secondary vocational schools need to establish smooth and harmonious communication and cooperation with other course teachers under the requirements of "three-round education" and participate in the organizational planning of students' practical teaching activities. School-enterprise cooperation is a new mode of high-quality education in modern vocational colleges, in order to provide students with more realistic practice content and a wider practice platform, so that students can get in touch with social and professional posts at zero distance.
