In secondary vocational education, ideological and political education is the key content. In the process of in-depth development of modern quality education, the social requirements for ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools are increasing. At present, there are still some shortcomings in ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools. Teachers need to combine students' personality characteristics, scientifically choose effective teaching methods, introduce ideological and political ideas, and fully enhance students' ideological level.

First, the necessity of cultivating students' professional quality in ideological and political courses in secondary vocational schools under the concept of craftsman spirit

(1) the implementation of innovation-driven strategic moral initiatives.

At present, under the direction of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", China pays more attention to the initiatives of innovation-driven development, among which the craftsman spirit belongs to a creative spirit and innovative spirit that transcends the times.
