Author Biography

  Wang Chunxia, female, born in 1982, holds a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Shandong University. She is currently the Deputy Head Nurse of the Male Second Ward at Zibo Mental Health Center and a member of the Chinese Nursing Association. Since joining the workforce in 2000, she has been engaged in clinical nursing work in the field of psychiatry. She is dedicated and has been honored with titles such as "Nursing Service Star," "Advanced Individual," "Excellent Nursing Manager," and "Advanced Individual in Epidemic Prevention and Control Nursing." She participates in clinical teaching and nursing education for psychiatric nurses, as well as nursing rounds and case discussions for challenging cases in the hospital. She is capable of handling various emergencies and unforeseen events in the field of psychiatry. By combining theoretical knowledge with clinical practice, she has accumulated rich experience in clinical nursing. She has independently authored three papers published in national journals such as "Chinese MinKang Medicine" and "Chinese Medical Guidelines," and has participated in the compilation of two books, including one as the sole author. She has been awarded two national utility model patents and obtained the national level three certification as a psychological counselor. She excels in nursing and psychological care for severe mental illnesses, substance dependence, and critically ill patients. 王春霞，女，1982年出生，本科学历，毕业于山东大学护理学专业,副主任护师，现任淄博市精神卫生中心男二病区副护士长，中华护理学会会员。2000年参加工作以来，一直从事精神科临床护理工作，爱岗敬业，荣获“护理服务明星”“先进个人”“优秀护理管理者”“疫情防控护理先进个人”等荣誉称号。参与医院精神科护士临床带教及护理教学工作，参与医院疑难病例护理查房及病例讨论，能应对精神科各类应急事件及突发事件。能够将理论知识与临床实践相结合，积累了丰富的临床护理工作经验，独立撰写论文3篇，分别在《中国民康医学》《中国医药指南》等国家级杂志发表，参与编撰著作2部，独著1部，荣获国家实用新型专利两项，取得国家心理咨询师三级，擅长重性精神疾病、物质依赖、急危重病人的护理及心理护理等。
