Author Biography
Sheng-hong CHOU male, born in 1963 in Honghu, Hubei Province, China. He is currently a professor of Wuhan Business College, China, director of China Tea Culture and Industry Research Institute, director of Hubei Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Center, consultant of Hubei Provincial Culinary Hotel Industry Association, and vice president of Hubei Provincial Essay Society. In 2019, he was selected as the chief editor of the "Hundred Talents Plan for China's Tea Industry Leaders", the "Encyclopedia of China • Tea Literature Volume". He has published more than 20 books such as "Reception Poetics", "Reception and Criticism", "Cultural Interpretation of Chinese Tea Literature" and "Concise Chinese Tea Culture"; Presided over 30 projects at provincial and municipal levels; Published more than 100 academic papers.
