Chao Youting is from Bailou village, Zhangzhuang Town, Peixian County, Xuzhou. Folk paper-cut artist, inheritor of Xuzhou paper-cut, an intangible cultural heritage. Over the past few decades, more than 6200 paper cuts of Chairman Mao's portrait, more than 2000 paper cuts of Han culture and tens of thousands of other paper cuts have been carefully produced.
